Step Outline:
A young kid who lives in a small town is constantly bullied and left out, as other kids in the neighborhood think he is weird and scary. He is always alone an no one wants to play with him or even go near. He lives in a huge house that looks very different from all the others in the town and the other kids all think it is haunted.
One of the kids in the neighborhood is a bully who makes his life miserable, and his experiences with this bully made him gave up on trying to make friend, so he rather spent his days by himself.

When winter comes and Christmas time is near, snow falls and  covers the little town. As the boy sees the snow he runs outside and makes a snowman. He is very happy that he finally have a friend who will not leave him behind, even though the snowman is not alive and was created by him. He finally has lots of fun, playing in the snow with the snowman and pretends that it is real.
All the other kids are outside as well enjoying the snow, including the bully, who finds it really funny how the weird kid is talking to the snowman and playing with it. The bully starts to make fun of him and laughing at the boy, but when the little boy talks back to protect himself and his 'friend' the bully gets angry and wants to destroy the snowman. The young kid tries to protect the snowman, but the bully pushes him aside and punches the head of of the snowman, then leaves satisfied with his victory.
As the kid lays in the snow, looking at the decapitated showman, he is very upset and starts to cry, as he only wanted a friend, but it got destroyed by the bully. He then sees the bully still laughing as he walks away and looking up to the sky with snow falling from it he makes a wish.

Later at night, the doorbell to the house rings and the boy opens the door, finding no one, but a box. As he opens it, he smiles while looking into the box with the bully's head inside. He places the head onto the snowman's body 'giving it life again'.
